I specialize in trauma and have ample training and experience with PTSD, depression, anxiety, family conflict, teens, and behavioral issues. I love what I do and appreciate your trust and authenticity as you begin this process.
In my free time I enjoy singing/playing the guitar, sports, and snuggling with my dog and two cats. I love living in Utah near the mountains where I spend most of my weekends snowboarding, camping, or hiking. I am blessed with a loving and supportive family who I adore.
