Many individuals can feel this way and these overwhelming feelings can be deeply rooted. Yet, they can be healed and managed.
You can be realigned with your desired self. You can learn to bounce back quicker from setbacks, make meaning of what has happened to you, and rekindle joy. In sessions, my clients learn to identify/understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and painful situations to achieve this.
