I will help you establish reasonable goals to guide you to become your best self. I have worked with individuals who have experienced adverse life experiences which can impact ones ability to live in the moment. I ask 'what happened to you?', not 'what is wrong with you?'.
I interweave strengths-based, trauma sensitive, and evidence-based treatment modalities throughout counseling process. I utilize Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDR) as a basis for my work, and am trained in EMDR. I will incorporate yoga, breath work and experiential interventions into the treatment if desired.
We all have a story, and every story matters. I will guide you through the process of healing and creating change so you can enjoy a life you deserve and desire.
