Hello and welcome to my practice! I have been in the therapy field for over 20 years and have worked with a diverse range of individuals, teens and families. I have spent many of those 20 years working at Kaiser Permanente and am now able to spend time offering my therapy services in private practice. I have worked with challenges that range from mood and worry issues, life transitions, parenting difficulties, and general wellness concerns. I also consider myself to be an ally to communities of color and the LGBTQ community.
It is with humility and compassion that I approach my work with my clients and believe that you, as an individual, are the expert on your own experience. Your feedback about the therapy process is critically important to achieving the best possible outcomes. I believe that, together, we can work to help you reach your own personal goals.
Goals in therapy are unique to each person and outcomes from therapy also vary depending on each person's view/vision of a preferred future. or situation.
