My hope for each person I work with is that you feel like you have someone you trust to talk to in the midst of life's crazy circumstances! Counseling is a space to openly talk to someone with an unbiased “birds-eye” perspective of what you are going through. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. You can expect that I will be an engaged listening ear for you to sort through and externalize everything that you may be experiencing day to day. My approach is to help people find meaning, purpose, and hope in the face of suffering or hardship, as well as equip them with the tools to live a healthy, fulfilled life.
