When working with clients I focus on the whole person - Body, mind and spirit. I look at how clients function within their environment, relationships, and physically. I'm a certified yoga instructor and I have 15 years combined experience working with individuals and groups as a parent education instructor and early childhood education teacher.
I offer individual and group therapy that incorporates a mindfulness and body centered approach to healing. I may incorporate movement, writing, or art in addition to talk therapy to help facilitate, self discovery, awareness and growth to help you move forward towards wellness.
