I am trained in delivering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for PTSD and trauma-related disorders. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 & 2 training, and completed training in Exposure and Response Prevention through the IOCDF's BTTI.
I am committed to accompanying clients on their counseling journey, prioritizing the establishment of trust and the creation of a secure environment that encourages vulnerability.
