Seeking therapy is a personal decision and an incredibly important one! That is why it is important that you match with a professional that suits your needs. I am an experienced trauma-trained therapist. My ultimate goal is to support you in processing personal and mental health concerns that may have you feeling depressed, anxious or overwhelmed with stress. I am proficient in helping you navigate issues resulting from personal life transitions, family or relationship conflicts, sexual abuse and/or intimate partner violence. I happily serve clients from all backgrounds.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and EMDR and aspects of Psychodynamic Theory to uncover dysfunctional thoughts, beliefs and motivations that may have stemmed from trauma. I then challenge you to adopt new behaviors that support your current values with a more adaptive futuristic outlook.
I strive to be genuine, open and compassionate. My mission is to support you in identifying and accepting your intrinsic worth. I hope to offer you guidance and unconditional support that may assist you on the pathway of discovering your highest self and fulfilling your ultimate life purpose.
