I have a BA in psychology from Rutgers and dual master’s degrees in counseling and education specialist from Seton Hall. I am certified as a Family Trauma Professional and have fluency in Portuguese. I’ve adopted CBT and DBT, however, I also employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to build upon clients’ strengths and promote an overall sense of well-being.
