I have had the privilege of helping clients with a variety of areas including anxiety, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and career goals. My approach is eclectic and person-centered, and I like to meet my clients where they are. My sessions and approach tend to be non-structured.
I am empathetic, compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental. I want to help you discover the skills and insight you need to embrace life fully.
