As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I have worked with couples for over 40 years to restore their marriage & to meet their own individual needs. Trauma, infidelity, arguments, in-laws, parenting, depression, grief, chronic illness, substance abuse takes its toll. With a focused interview of the couple & each spouse I quickly analyze and discover where the Real Issues lie. With a collaborative approach, we can unwind years of wounds & scars and begin to rebuild a mutually secure and satisfying relationship for you.

With a background of Nursing, Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing & Hospital Eating Disorder Clinician I can see medical or psychiatric needs that may have a bearing on your marriage. I may refer you to your physician as an adjunct to your therapy for Depression, Anxiety, Menopause, PMS, Post-Partum, Thyroid, Bipolar, ADHD, or Dementia - Mind & Body & Soul.

I use a Wellness, Cognitive, & Systems approach - "No man is an island" - with a Judeo-Christian spiritual underpinning. I use the analogy 'I hold with one hand and push with the other' - creating a sense of safety. My patients are from medical & client referrals - some coming & going for over 30 years.
