I have been providing therapy for over 30 years, covering a variety of conditions. I work with individuals, couples, teens and families. I have also been teaching Transcendental Meditation since 1974. My practice includes Mental Health nutrition and a healing garden. I also use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Effectiveness Training and more. I have also been trained in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. Call me with your questions and check me out!
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (please see emdr.com) and Effectiveness Training. I also have several specialty trainings, such as sexual abuse issue with victims and perpetrators, forensic investigations with photography, Transcendental Meditation and Montessori early childhood education.
Besides my masters in Social Work, I have a second masters in Healthcare Services Administration. I have ample court experience for child welfare and civil commitment cases and as an "expert witness" to testify in issues of psychology and social work. I also provide home studies for child custody and abuse cases.
