My approach to therapy is eclectic, primarily client-centered but borrowing from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Family Systems, Mindfulness and other approaches as needed.
My office is conveniently located in downtown Union. I offer flexible appointment times and am a contracted provider with most major insurance carriers. I also offer reduced out-of-pocket rates for those who do not have insurance coverage.
