Preteen/teen Anxiety Group
Come join us for a 6-week anxiety group for kids between the ages of 11-14 years old starting July 12, 2023. This group incorporates the principles and techniques of Cognitive Behvioral Therapy (CBT) to provide valuable skills and support for effectively managing anxiety.
