I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. To me, therapy is about helping people become the best versions of themselves one day at a time. I work with adults and specialize In anxiety, stress, and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. My therapy style is best suited for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress. I work with clients to build their skill sets, enabling them to better reflect, problem-solve, and cope for an improved quality of life.
My approach to goal setting with clients is collaborative, aiming to achieve the best outcomes. As sessions progress, we will set goals, revise goals, and track progress to ensure our time together is productive.
In our first session, we will focus on your current stressors and emotional state, exploring the reasons behind them. This initial meeting is about building rapport and ensuring I am a good fit for your needs. I will spend most of the session listening to better understand your needs and to ensure I can effectively assist you in reaching your goals.
