I have a passion for learning how the mind works and how it interacts with many other systems (family, work, body, spirit) to create the individual as a whole. This helps me identify the power emotions and thought have over one’s life. My approach follows the idea of achieving a stage where my client no longer qualifies for a diagnosis.
I prefer to work with clients 18 years and older. I have experience working in a hospital setting, as well as with military veterans and clients experiencing trauma, intimacy, self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar, family conflict, job dissatisfaction, drug abuse, suicidality and body image issues.
