I specialize in treating children, adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety and depression. I pride myself in providing a warm, safe and caring environment while sharing insight as appropriate. My training as a family therapist has given me skills to provide support in building healthy relationships, restoring hope and finding resilience.
I have been professionally trained in treating victims of trauma and abuse and have received formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I completed Advanced Reunification training and am currently training in parent facilitation, parent coordination and mediation. I regularly assist parent facilitators and parent coordinators when necessary.
My baccalaureate studies included Human Development and Christian Ministry. I continued my education earning a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at a Christian university. I follow my worldview by continuing to help individuals, couples and families find fulfillment in their lives.
