Hello! I provide in-person and virtual psychotherapy sessions for adolescents ages 14+, as well as adults. My clinical specialties include the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. In my practice, I use tenets of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to provide support, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and facilitate behavioral change. I am passionate about using an emotionally-focused therapy approach to help people increase awareness of their emotions in order to better understand and face them rather than suppressing them.
I have worked directly with adolescents in a residential program for the treatment of eating disorders. I also bring experience working in community-based mental health care, and have helped survivors of sexual assault navigate the aftermath of these traumatic experiences.
