I am here for you. Truly comfortable with helping those who struggle with suicidal thoughts and self-harming, anxiety and overwhelm. I am at ease with working with persons who have met grief, those who have experienced trauma, and anyone who just can't find their peace. I typically use a blend of modalities to allow for a truly person-centered experience.
I am a person centered counselor who will both be kind and supportive and not use syrupy language when we talk.
