Hi, thank you for being here! Therapy is good for all of us no matter the situation. I work with a variety of populations and presenting problems (shown below). We don't always understand why certain things are happening or why we feel the way we do, but I would be happy to assist you in exploring and figuring out those pieces of your story. If you feel the need to reach out I would love to chat with you. I am accepting new clients and taking private pay at a rate of $75 per session. We can speak more if you feel I'd be a good fit but can't afford $75. I am NOT currently able to take insurance.
I am an MFT candidate working towards licensure. I graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am certified in Prepare/Enrich, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CALM training, & currently in training for PCIT. I work with all populations; individuals, couples, families, children, etc.
My goal is to meet you where you are and to provide you with a safe space to be seen & heard. I strive to help you get the tools/resources needed in your situation. My goal is to help you gain awareness & understanding of the problem, help you make sense of it, identify and implement coping skills, & figure out together how you can persevere & move forward.
