I guide client exploration and processing of recurring trauma reminders from any stage of life, difficult or abusive present-day relationships, stress from major life transitions or disruptions, challenges navigating negative thinking and low self-esteem, unhealthy relationships with substances, impact of social and cultural concerns, and identity issues.
