Need couples counseling? Need help with a personal challenge? I provide therapy to couples and individuals dealing with a wide range of issues. Many couples I meet with are looking for helping improving the way they communicate and resolve conflict (including better ways to express anger). Others might need help with infidelity, parenting or family conflict. Some couples also need help deciding if they should stay together. I also work with many individuals trying to get to a better place. I help them with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles. I have also worked with people struggling with addiction.
We would foucus on what you need help with the most. Whether is a relationship challenge, anxiety and depression, reducing anger, or an addiction. I have over 20 years of experience and am easy to talk to and connect with. I am passionate about the work I do as a therapist helping people in our community.
