My name is Donna Miesner a cofounder of MAP Mental Health Associates, a small private practice located in Suffern, NY. We have two clinicians, myself and Tania Almeida a LMSW. All board certified clinicians with over 30 years of combined experience working in different areas of the mental health field. MAP Mental Health associates works with children, teens and adults as well as families and couples. We help individuals with anxiety, depression, mood and thought disorder and much more. We use a variety of treatment methods backed by evidence based practice such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy and trauma informed care and many more.
