I am an EMDR-certified, somatic and spiritual therapist committed to liberation-centered mental health care and healing working through an anti-oppressive, anti-racism, and social justice-oriented approach. Feeling constantly stuck, tired, and stressed can feel exceptionally overwhelming when you are doing everything you can to feel better.
