I therefore incorporate an integrative, strength-based approach in my practice. As an immigrant of Indian origin, I can deeply empathize with those who struggle with acculturation stress, sense of identity and belongingness.
As a licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I employ an eclectic method to help clients understand the underlying reasons for their distress, identify negative thought patterns which may contribute to challenging behavioral patterns, like anxiety, depression, etc.
