Welcoming new clients! I believe in embracing all parts of ourselves, especially the messy ones. In therapy with me, you'll have the chance to get curious with yourself, reflect on relationships, tend to traumas with compassion, and navigate the complexities of life. My approach is trauma-informed, and I personalize each session to align with your unique wisdom, needs, and desires. Together, we will delve into feelings, behaviors, somatic experiences, family history, societal impact, inner narratives, and cultural values. We will actively process emotions, connect with our bodies, and discover additional tools for healing.
I often sit with clients who may experience anxiety, people-pleasing, grief, c-PTSD, relational challenges, childhood/ family trauma, life transitions, OCD, neurodivergence, and self-esteem challenges. I support those seeking a more grounded connection to themselves, acknowledging that our current society often makes it difficult to know our authentic self.
My methods will always be client focused and non-pathologizing. I bring warmth, care, humor, and humanness to the space as we co-create the therapeutic experience you crave. If this page has resonated with you, I would love to set up a consultation call and see if we may be a good fit :)
