I have over 20 years experience working and growing with the continually developing mental health field. I believe in the immovable strength that all people have within them. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as attachment- based, ERP, DBT, CBT, EMDR, IFS, EFT, emphasizing the importance of integrating these models to best suit individual needs.
