I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, pregnancy/postpartum mood disorders, trauma, guilt, shame, family conflict/relationship issues, grief, and high stress.
I listen and respond to each person’s unique situation and together develop goals and determine a plan that fits your needs. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) modalities. I am also trained in perinatal therapy through postpartum support international.
