Welcome! I’m a psychotherapist passionate about working with adults, couples, and adolescents that feel stuck; that want to get back to feeling like themselves again. My theoretical orientations are person-centered. They include cognitive behavioral and solutions focused therapy, emotion-focused approaches, and family systems. For couples, I lean heavily on the Gottman Method. Within a safe space, I provide guidance in identifying how our emotions, thoughts, and core beliefs are interconnected and effect our behaviors.
