I can help through harm reduction, and goal setting. I have an empathy which I practice. I listen when you speak. I will interrupt unless in any circumstances that I need to interfer to avoid self-harm and harm to others. During first session, I will listen, take notes, and build rapport. I encourage humor because humor heals broken bones, and heart.
I practice empathy, I trust my clients to meet me half way. I encourage clients to actively participate in communications, scheduling appointments, and engage.
