Through open dialogue, reflection, and engagement, my goal is to help clients better understand how their life histories and relationships impact the present-day. My aim is to support individuals in finding their voice, building confidence in personal and professional relationships, and coping with stressors. I believe that everyone can benefit from devoting time each week to focus on themselves and their relationships, and I prioritize creating a warm, supportive environment for my clients.
I work with adults and older adolescents who are seeking therapy to address stressors and emotional challenges including life transitions, relationships, career changes, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, communication, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
I am interactive, collaborative, and reflective. I emphasize building a strong therapeutic relationship and enjoy incorporating humor into our sessions. I believe in meeting a client where they are, creating a safe space that allows us to address the issues that brought them to therapy.
