You’ve been stuck like this for some time and it’s hard to imagine things changing. Many of my clients are people who are ‘new’ to therapy, although they are not new to pain. Whether you have experienced neglect or abuse, are navigating major life changes or grieving a loss, or just struggling managing your emotions, I work with people who feel unworthy of love or struggle to feel compassion for themselves.
Therapy with me helps that part of you finally feel seen and heard. It’s a safe space for you to reflect on what’s happened in your life that led you to your current challenges. Using a variety of techniques that are evidence-based and mindful-centered, we will work together to help you experience greater clarity & connection & reach your goals.

Are you ready to become a more confident and empowered dementia caregiver? This virtual group is a combination of a psychoeducational and supportive space where we will learn and talk through the fundamentals of dementia caregiving, coping skills, how to navigate grief, communicate with loved ones, and explore a roadmap for finding & financing long-term services & supports. 8 online weekly sessions held from September 12th - October 31st: Thursdays from 12PM to 1:30PM. $75 per session (limited sliding scale availability).
