Welcome to a safe space for healing and empowerment. I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist who combines theraputic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR and parts work, with knowledge gained from ten years of non-profit work supporting survivors of violence on their journeys. My approach is grounded in a strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed philosophy, fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship.
My therapeutic focus is working with survivors of violence, guiding them through the complex process of healing and reclaiming their lives. I understand the unique challenges that survivors face and provide a supportive environment where they can explore their emotions, build resilience, and regain a sense of control.
I believe in the inherent strength within each individual. My approach is grounded in empowering clients to harness their inner resources for growth and healing. I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and emotions at their own pace.
