I am accepting new clients in Ohio for virtual appointments. I enjoy working with clients who seek to learn how to regulate their emotions, cope with life stressors, and to build the positive aspects of their life. I have experience working with adults who have a history of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, or substance use challenges.
My practice has been informed by DBT- a type of therapy that acknowledges life can feel unbearable at times and we can use support in learning to cope with it. I have also been trained to provide therapeutic meal support in session for clients with eating disorders who are seeking meal-support in session.
