I believe we are all driving our little cars around on this journey, and sometimes we need an extra passenger to help us along the way. My experience in mental health has led to work with individuals in areas not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction and trauma. My background in biology informs my understanding of the mind/body connection. I work from a solution-focused, person-centered framework utilizing motivational interviewing to help clients work towards becoming their best selves.
My personal philosophy of counseling is to meet you where you are at and become a passenger on your journey of life to help you reach your personally defined goals.
