Some presenting problems I treat are trauma, daily/life stressors, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, suicidal ideation, self harm, and all things divorce and blended families. I am a former school counselor and educator of 16 years. I am here to help reach your goals to live your best life!
As the owner and therapist at Anchor Counseling FTW, I provide virtual sessions as well as in home sessions depending on client location. I am EMDR trained! I have flexibility in my schedule to work around client's availability including evenings and weekends.
