I am a LCSW with 10 years experience in the mental health field. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University, and my Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in various settings, including in-home therapy, hospitals, and outpatient facilities. Over the course of my career, I have provided treatment for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and substance abuse.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits all experience. I use a client-centered approach to help those coming to therapy feel confident in managing life stressors.
Starting therapy can be hard. I will provide a space for you to feel comfortable to talk about and work through any situations that you feel are impacting your overall well-being.
