Compassion is a human instinct. Compassion creates connection. Humans need and deserve healthy, loving, and meaningful connection to self and others. If we are able to identify our unique values, and what drives our needs, we can create a life full of connection, and meaning. Understanding who you are by reflecting on your early experiences is essential is understanding who you are today. Your history is the framework for how you experience yourself, your life, and your relationships. With compassion and curiosity, I can help guide you toward your goals using both verbal and non-verbal techniques.
Art in therapy can be used as a primary form of therapy or as a supplement to regular talk psychotherapy. Art therapy is a therapeutic technique where art, the process of creating art, and reflection on the final product can help in the understanding of emotional experiences. Tele-health is also offered to reduce barriers to accessing support.
I would be honored to hear your story and work with you on your personal journey to self-acceptance and understanding. All you have to do is connect. The most important thing is that you find a connection safe from judgement and full of compassion. If i'm not the right fit for you I will help navigate you towards a fit that feels right!
