I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and my doctorate degree at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I fulfilled my internship hours at The California Institute for Women Prison (CIW) and completed my postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California at Irvine (UCI).
My areas of study and research relate to the treatment and management of mood and psychotic disorders, as well as the personality factors that contribute to relational satisfaction.
Moreover, I have worked with and have been trained in trauma-based interventions, cognitive/behavioral related interventions, crisis intervention, as well as humanistic modalities.
