I am trained in CBT and am certified nationally to utilize TF-CBT approaches to treatment. I am also trained in play therapy and art therapy techniques and love to empower kids and teens to express themselves in creative ways. I understand the complexity of family therapy and am competent in my ability to address family conflict safely and effectively.
