I have a passion for empathizing, sympathizing and encouraging women to conquer these hardships. We all have the tools we need to heal but I can assist you on how to utilizing those tools to enable your healing journey. I am committed to personalizing each client's treatment plan to fit their individual needs.
I work with adult women 18+. I have a special interest in the treatment of perinatal issues. I have experience in anxiety, depression, and domestic violence. My therapeutic approach is cognitive behavior therapy and trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy. I am a fan of techniques such as cognitive coping, psychoeducation, and trauma narrative.
My goal is to reach as many women as possible through counseling. Allow me to provide a supportive, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself and have your needs supported. I look forward to working with you.
