Hello and thank you for stopping by my page. I pride myself on being an advocate for women. I have a passion for perinatal and women's mental health. I also have several years of experience working with clients who experience anxiety, depression and trauma. It's not uncommon for moms to have "mom guilt" or for a women to suffer from hyperemesis. It's also not uncommon for a college student to face dating violence or for a woman with PCOS to struggle with self-esteem issues. No woman is without struggle. I want to be that support for you on your journey.
My goal is to empower and support women. I will do this by creating a safe space where women can learn how to process emotions and apply helpful coping skills. Currently, my therapeutic approach involves cognitive behavior therapy and trauma focused therapy. Radical acceptance and cognitive coping are among the many techniques that I incorporate in sessions.
Everyone woman deserves to feel supported, have established boundaries, and love themselves. It can be tough to admit that you need help. The thought of counseling may be a little scary.
