As a queer person who lives beyond binaries, I look for creative approaches to my clients' concerns. I work with adults, teens, and children from a strengths-based and systems-focused lens. I offer both individual and family/relationship counseling. I specialize in interpersonal communication, emotional processing, neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, BPD, etc.), trauma/oppression, and identity (gender, sexuality, race, etc.).
Curiosity, play, and laughter are big parts of my therapy toolbox. I let questions lead the way with special attention to feelings, sensations, and values. My aim is to help clients expand their sense of choice, set goals that work for them, and celebrate victories big and small.
