I hope to provide you with a holistic counseling experience through my 17 years in the mental health field, Reiki training, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master of Arts in Counseling. We will explore not only emotional stress but how the spiritual and physical body is responding. We will then make a plan to manage psychological, spiritual, and physical stressors; setting a path for wellness in all aspects of your life.
I treat children, adolescents, and adults individually, as well as providing therapy for families. My areas of treatment include, but are not limited to, childhood behavioral disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depressive and mood disorders, eating disorders, self-harm issues, and familial connection and communication issues.
