My ideal patient comes with an open mind to participate in talk therapy and narrative therapy. Ready to start a process - not necessarily eager to engage but wanting to make a change. They are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
I can help an individual or family adjust to life situations and cope with mental health flare-ups. As a therapist, my role is to foster navigation and assist in developing techniques for navigating while adjusting.
My role is to assist you during this time, to guide you through the maze of life. Dealing with chronic illness or situational crisis sometimes leaves us feeling isolated and unsure of where to start. We are trapped in our emotions and not able to thrive fully. It is during this time that we need allies to assist in our healing journey. That is why I am here.
