I'm Malika, a licensed clinical social worker based in Atlanta, GA. In my practice, I specialize in guiding adult women through life's stressors. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to reframe unhelpful thoughts, guiding you towards a more balanced and accurate perspective. Through CBT, we unlock new pathways to understanding and change. Motivational Interviewing (MI) is another cornerstone of my approach, designed to ignite and sustain your motivation for meaningful change.
