I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds from 7 years old to 99 years old. Most of my client's goals are centered around wanting to feel better, wanting to communicate better, wanting to have better relationships, basically wanting to be better versions of themselves.
I am certified to practice EMDR for trauma-focused therapy. I also utilize CBT, and DBT practices such as mindfulness, distress tolerance and acceptance. I help people experiencing grief, loss, intimate partner violence, childhood abuse and neglect. I enjoy working with couples, parents and individuals.
