My treatment style is direct and honest. I will encourage and challenge you at a steady pace to overcome the obstacles keeping you stuck in poor relationship patterns. My clinical approach incorporates evidence based treatments and holistic exploration of the self in relation to others.
At this time I am only accepting new clients though the virtual or phone format. Many clients prefer online sessions and phone sessions. These sessions afford you flexibility, convenience, increased privacy measures and comfort within your preferred environment and schedule.
