I work with teens, young adults, and women who are navigating today’s stresses while working toward independence and growth. I believe the client is their own expert, and it is my job to walk beside them on their journey of self-discovery. I take an integrative approach to therapy that utilizes CBT, DBT, strength-based, and trauma-informed techniques.
I provide empathetic and compassionate counseling to assist clients with identifying goals as well as solutions to issues that causes emotional, mental, or psychological triggers. We assist with improving effective coping and communication skills, strengthen self-esteem, and promote challenging behavior change.
At Living Waters Therapeutic Alliance we work with our clients to build a positive therapeutic relationship, making sure each client fully understands we are in a safe space to discuss issues that are negatively affecting and providing undivided attention while working through issues and gaining a sense of positive self awareness.
