With years of experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, adolescents, LGBTQ populations, and other diverse groups, I bring an eclectic and holistic style to meet each individual person where they are in their journey. I strive to build a collaborative environment where client’s feel empowered, supported, and safe to learn new skills and face challenges.
I hope to create a space where our most authentic selves feel seen, heard, and thrive. I bring warmth, empathy, understanding, and occasional humor to sessions. My counseling style tends to incorporate evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT along with skill building to equip clients with the tools to be the catalysts for positive change in their lives.
